This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Luxembourg.
• Assist in defining, enhancing, and scaling our comprehensive procurement processes (Source-to-Contract & Procure-to-Pay) throughout the organization.
• Gain insight into the current procurement processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Recognize opportunities for enhancement and aid in designing more effective and streamlined workflows.
• Contribute to global standards while facilitating practical implementation at the regional level.
• Leverage data to pinpoint inefficiencies, monitor performance, and aid in decision-making.
• Investigate how AI and automation can improve procurement processes.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance procurement tools and user experience.
• Assist in defining and monitoring KPIs (efficiency, compliance, cycle time, value delivery).
• Provide clarity through organized analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate across Procurement, Finance, IT, and other departments.
• Excellent analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• A passion for process improvement, digital tools, and AI applications.
• Experience in consulting, project management, process enhancement, or related fields is highly advantageous.
• Prior exposure to procurement or supply chain is beneficial, though not mandatory.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and influence others without formal authority.
• A curious mindset, a sense of ownership, and a readiness to challenge existing practices.
