Global Principal Training & Education Specialist – Structural Heart

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and implementation of global commercial and clinical training programs for Structural Heart therapies.

• Promote training standardization across international markets while allowing for regional adaptations.

• Collaborate with Global and Regional Sales Training, Marketing, Medical Education, and Commercial Leadership teams to identify skill gaps and devise tailored learning solutions.

• Spearhead global Train-the-Trainer initiatives and assist in the regional execution of training programs and learning experiences.

• Support new product introductions by formulating training plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring readiness in the field.

• Continuously update and enhance training materials in accordance with product, clinical, and commercial strategies and approval protocols.

• Encourage knowledge sharing and teamwork across regions to foster consistency, adopt best practices, and drive ongoing improvements in commercial capabilities.

• Work in partnership with global and regional stakeholders across various functions and locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Clinical Training, Sales Training, Medical Education, Marketing, or similar commercial roles.

• Proven experience in developing, implementing, or delivering commercial, clinical, product, or sales training programs.

• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders from sales, marketing, training, medical education, or commercial sectors.

• Track record of leading projects, programs, or initiatives across multiple regions or within a global matrix structure.

• Demonstrated capability to manage various complex priorities and projects simultaneously while operating independently.

• Proficiency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Additional language skills are advantageous.

• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% is mandatory.
