
Global Principal Training & Education Specialist β Structural Heart

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +3 more countries.
β’ Oversee the creation and implementation of global commercial and clinical training programs for Structural Heart therapies.
β’ Promote training standardization across international markets while allowing for regional adaptations.
β’ Collaborate with Global and Regional Sales Training, Marketing, Medical Education, and Commercial Leadership teams to identify skill gaps and devise tailored learning solutions.
β’ Spearhead global Train-the-Trainer initiatives and assist in the regional execution of training programs and learning experiences.
β’ Support new product introductions by formulating training plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring readiness in the field.
β’ Continuously update and enhance training materials in accordance with product, clinical, and commercial strategies and approval protocols.
β’ Encourage knowledge sharing and teamwork across regions to foster consistency, adopt best practices, and drive ongoing improvements in commercial capabilities.
β’ Work in partnership with global and regional stakeholders across various functions and locations.
β’ Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Clinical Training, Sales Training, Medical Education, Marketing, or similar commercial roles.
β’ Proven experience in developing, implementing, or delivering commercial, clinical, product, or sales training programs.
β’ Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders from sales, marketing, training, medical education, or commercial sectors.
β’ Track record of leading projects, programs, or initiatives across multiple regions or within a global matrix structure.
β’ Demonstrated capability to manage various complex priorities and projects simultaneously while operating independently.
β’ Proficiency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Additional language skills are advantageous.
β’ Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% is mandatory.
