This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Assist with global pre-sales initiatives for all deals entering the pre-sales phase.
• Take ownership and participate in creating responses for RFPs, RFIs, and other formal inquiries from customers.
• Complete customer questionnaires concerning product features, compliance, security, IT, and operational aspects.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Security, IT, Product, Legal, Compliance, Finance) for detailed or complex responses.
• Sustain and enhance a centralized pre-sales knowledge repository, ensuring that documentation is up-to-date, precise, and in line with company policies and product advancements.
• Provide initial responses to security, IT, and due diligence inquiries using approved standard answers, escalating complex requests to appropriate teams.
• Work closely with the Global Pre-Sales Manager to manage workload effectively and prioritize opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales team members to ensure prompt and high-quality pre-sales assistance.
• Identify ways to optimize pre-sales processes and enhance response efficiency.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales operations, solutions consulting, or a similar customer-facing position within a SaaS or IT organization.
• Significant exposure to SaaS, enterprise software, or technology-driven services is essential.
• Experience in the insurance sector is a must.
• Proven track record in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and customer questionnaires.
• Understanding of security, IT, compliance, and due diligence processes in a B2B context.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on detail and consistency.
• Capability to manage multiple requests across different regions and deadlines.
• Comfortable collaborating across functional teams, both technical and non-technical.
• Knowledge of common security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR) is advantageous.
