This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Manage pharmacovigilance and drug safety operations, ensuring a balance between quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Create strategies for capability-building initiatives, which include project plans and business cases.
• Formulate and relay project plans and milestone accomplishments to key stakeholders and governance committees.
• Assist in the revision of procedures, tools, data flows, and documentation for GPV activities.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance relevant systems, focusing on automation, workflow optimization, and the integration of responsible AI.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.
• Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety, preferably within the clinical research or pharmaceutical sectors.
• A solid understanding of regulatory requirements concerning drug safety and reporting.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, emphasizing data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
