This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Case Opening: Initiate new personal injury cases, arrange client and incident details, identify insurance coverage and potential defendants, gather case materials, and monitor essential deadlines.
• Pre-Litigation Case Management: Facilitate insurance communications, oversee medical treatment, collect supporting documents, maintain client interactions, and assist in progressing cases toward settlement.
• Medical Records & Damages: Request, organize, and analyze medical records and billing, while preparing medical chronologies, treatment summaries, damages summaries, and relevant documentation.
• Settlement Demand Preparation: Compile settlement demand packages that include liability details, medical treatment records, damages documentation, wage loss data, photographs, and lien information.
• Litigation Support: Aid in preparing pleadings, discovery materials, subpoenas, deposition prep, document organization, court deadlines, expert resources, and trial preparations.
• Discovery & Document Management: Organize and assist with interrogatories, production requests, subpoenas, authorizations, document submissions, and case records.
• Settlement & File Closing: Manage releases, settlement documentation, lien resolutions, medical balances, disbursement materials, closing correspondence, and final file organization.
• Client Communication: Sustain professional communication with clients concerning treatment updates, documentation requests, and case progress under the supervision of an attorney.
• AI & Technology Support: Employ approved AI and legal technology tools to summarize records, organize case information, prepare drafts, and enhance workflow efficiency while safeguarding confidential data.
• U.S. Personal Injury Experience: 2–5+ years assisting with personal injury cases in the United States, ideally with experience across the entire case lifecycle.
• End-to-End Case Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of personal injury matters from intake through settlement, lien resolution, disbursement, and closure.
• AI & Legal Technology Experience: Proficient in responsibly utilizing AI to enhance productivity while ensuring accuracy and maintaining confidentiality.
• Exceptional Organization: Capable of managing numerous active cases, deadlines, documentation requirements, and competing priorities effectively.
• Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written English and professional verbal communication abilities for internal collaboration and client interactions.
• Independent Remote Worker: Self-driven, reliable, responsive during agreed working hours, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Attention to Detail: Highly organized with strong follow-through and a commitment to precision.
