Global People Partner – 12 month fixed-term contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Build and nurture strong relationships with business leaders to influence critical business decisions.

• Champion and co-manage all Global People and Culture programs and initiatives for knoell, including articulating the business value of HR initiatives and overseeing employee lifecycle processes.

• Offer daily performance management guidance to leaders, including coaching, counseling, pay management, career development, and disciplinary measures; collaborate with business leaders to resolve significant people and cultural challenges.

• Take responsibility for the growth of the company and its people, assist in recruiting efforts for designated client groups, and, when suitable, support the internal recruiting team.

• Identify and address risks associated with people-related topics, providing advice on long-term mitigation strategies.

• Deliver expertise in the technical and regulatory aspects of employment, encompassing hiring, termination, performance management, and compensation; collaborate with the legal department or external legal advisers as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred.

• At least 8 years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR Business Partner.

• Proficient understanding of various (global) HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational design, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), performance management, leadership development, recruiting, and relevant employment laws.

• Strong business acumen is essential.

• Proven history of managing organizational changes and integrations, ideally on an international scale.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an international, matrixed organization.

• Capability to understand, interpret, and apply relevant laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and internal policies.

• Ability to gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's hierarchy, roles, qualifications, compensation practices, and related administrative procedures.

• Excellent proficiency in English is required; fluency in an additional European language is advantageous.
