This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Lead and expand global HR Operations to facilitate company growth in various countries.
• Build and oversee a multi-country HR Operations team, coaching 5 team members to achieve high performance.
• Design and enhance global HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
• Propel HR technology and automation initiatives to improve HRIS, payroll integrations, and minimize manual tasks.
• Ensure compliance and data protection across regions, including adherence to GDPR regulations.
• Leverage HR data and metrics to identify trends, enhance efficiency, and improve the employee experience.
• Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and leaders to transition lifecycle administrative tasks into HR Operations and promote seamless collaboration.
• Over 7 years of experience in HR Operations, with a focus on multi-country scope in a SaaS/tech multinational setting.
• Demonstrated experience in building or scaling HR Operations within a rapidly growing company (e.g., from approximately 300 to over 700 employees).
• Proven experience in designing global HR processes, policies, and compliant frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise with contemporary HR technology stacks and HRIS platforms (such as Workday, BambooHR, Rippling, SAP HR, PeopleSoft, HiBob, or similar).
• Knowledge of EU and Polish labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance, including GDPR.
• Experience in integrating HR systems with payroll, ATS, and other HR tools.
• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing and developing multi-country HR Operations teams.
• Excellent abilities in communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); comfortable working across regions, cultures, and time zones.
• Strategic thinker with robust analytical skills; adaptable in a rapidly evolving environment.
