This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In the role of Global People & Culture Business Partner, you serve as the main contact for leaders and stakeholders regarding strategic and operational HR issues.
• Working with a collaborative team, you play an active role in shaping change initiatives and provide your expertise to enhance the organization's growth.
• You integrate strategic thinking with a strong emphasis on people and organizational frameworks.
• You offer competent and empathetic advice to managers, team leads, and other stakeholders on both operational and strategic matters.
• During reorganizations, you assist in organizational development and actively support change initiatives throughout the group.
• Collaborating with leaders, you align actions with Talent Management and facilitate employee development, succession planning, and performance/appraisal discussions.
• You engage in People & Culture projects, assume project responsibilities, and strive for continuous improvement of existing processes.
• A university degree in business administration or social sciences with a specialization in HR, or a similar qualification.
• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner and a consultant for leaders on strategic HR topics, along with operational experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge in Compensation & Benefits, workforce planning, organizational development, labor law matters, and international matrix structures, as well as experience working with works councils.
• A structured, independent, and resilient work style, excellent interpersonal skills, a confident presence, superb communication capabilities, and a business-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in both German and English for effective communication in an international context.
