This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Serve as a comprehensive subject matter expert for the designated country or region.
• Participate in Sales calls as the Country Payroll Lead.
• Engage in Sales hand-over processes, lead client transitions, and join client kick-off discussions.
• Direct the planning, execution, and oversight of global payroll implementation projects to ensure timely completion.
• Guide the process from initial stages through to parallel runs and the first month of 'Live' payroll, prior to transferring responsibilities to Payroll Operations.
• Maintain a record of all decisions made during the implementation process.
• Create and uphold detailed project plans and timelines.
• Act as the main point of contact for the team regarding all stakeholders involved in the implementation.
• Extensive experience in payroll within a client payroll setting.
• In-depth knowledge of legislation pertinent to the relevant country.
• Proven experience in payroll implementation.
• Strong familiarity with local payroll tools and software, including SAP and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Possess an analytical mindset with robust problem-solving skills.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, international work environment, coupled with a desire to make a significant impact.
• Background in accounting and reconciliations is beneficial.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• While remote work experience is not mandatory, it is regarded as a plus.
