Global Operations Coach, Senior Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee a proactive team of suppliers and associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Guide the team through process transitions and the adoption of new technologies.

• Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of your team’s performance, encompassing scorecards and evaluations.

• Supervise and review AI-generated recommendations to guarantee adherence to compliance standards.

• Analyze AI-driven outputs and make data-informed decisions.

• Educate associates on differentiating between AI recommendations and essential requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in People Management is necessary.

• At least 1 year of experience in bank fraud is required.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience is preferred.

• Over 5 years of experience in People Management is preferred.

• More than 2 years of experience in Process Management is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in bank fraud, disputes, or Regulation E is preferred.

• A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions is essential.

• A reliable private internet connection, not provided through cellular data or hotspot, is required.

• A password-protected private network where you have ownership or visibility of all devices is necessary.

• Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP).

• Associates must maintain a minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload from their provider.
