Global Medical Director – Sleep Disorders, Neurology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Offer medical leadership in the formulation of medical affairs strategy, planning, and tactics pertaining to sleep disorders.

• Collaborate effectively with clinical and regional medical teams.

• Foster alignment on best practices and scientific insights.

• Spearhead the development of global scientific narratives.

• Work in partnership with regions to identify unmet needs and enhance performance.

• Act as a medical authority for internal business processes.

• Create and refine early and evolving scientific narratives.

• Guide KOL engagement and activities related to scientific exchange.

• Observe the competitive landscape and convert insights into strategic guidance.

⛳️ Requirements

• PhD, MD, or PharmD required.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in the Life Sciences industry is preferred.

• An advanced degree in sciences or a related field.

• In-depth subject matter expertise in sleep disorders.

• Experience in global medical roles with cross-regional responsibilities.

• Proficiency in product launch and lifecycle management.

• Involvement in late-phase development (Phase 2/3).

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated ability to lead within complex environments.
