This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.
• Proactively expand a targeted group of high-value Global/Major accounts.
• Develop relationships within a select number of existing accounts.
• Establish strategic management programs for large accounts.
• Navigate complex organizations to foster executive relationships and a sense of urgency.
• Take ownership of account strategy, relationships, pursuits, and sales outcomes.
• Identify, penetrate, and develop select Global/Major accounts.
• Design and implement strategic account attack plans aligned with customer business priorities.
• Generate a pipeline through proactive outreach to executives and opportunity creation.
• Lead intricate pursuits across HPE Networking and related solutions.
• Present a business-outcome narrative to CxO and senior IT stakeholders.
• Coordinate technical, partner, and executive resources to secure competitive deals.
• Leverage partnerships to enhance access, scalability, and closing rates.
• Maintain forecast discipline and consistently exceed quotas.
• Finalize large, multi-solution contracts and secure new clients.
• Drive significant competitive takeouts and cultivate strong executive relationships.
• Collaborate strategically with various HPE business units.
• A Bachelor's or University degree is required.
• Over 12 years of experience in securing large enterprise technology deals.
• At least 6 years of experience in enterprise/major/global account management.
• Demonstrated strategic selling experience with new logos, major account management, and account expansion.
• Strong background in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Preference for experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or security sales.
• Skills in executive engagement, negotiation, and competitive displacement.
• Extensive experience in Networking, Security, Cloud, or SaaS product domains.
• Previous experience in diverse selling roles with multiple responsibilities.
• Expertise in selling strategy and mentoring others in selling tactics.
• Capable of selling to CxO and senior IT executives.
• Proficient in leading complex, multi-solution sales pursuits.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
