Global Leave & Accommodation Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete strategy for US Leaves of Absence and ADA/Reasonable Accommodations.

• Create, automate, and execute scalable workflows.

• Serve as the main point of resolution for intricate employee escalations.

• Offer data-driven insights to HRBP, Legal, and Payroll teams.

• Consistently review and revise policies and procedures.

• Identify and implement opportunities to incorporate AI models.

• Manage relationships with leave vendors and collaborate with payroll.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in Benefits, HRBP, and heavily regulated sectors.

• Extensive knowledge of FMLA, ADAAA, leaves, and reasonable accommodations.

• Familiarity with global leave regulations.

• Enthusiasm for using AI and modern technology.

• Capability to manage sensitive situations with empathy and assurance.

• Proficiency in reasonable accommodation and Leave of Absence requests across various jurisdictions.
