Global Leasing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute and oversee leases for the Global inventory.

• Review vendor leases to verify accuracy, compliance, and profitability.

• Coordinate lease renewals, guest extensions, early departures, and move-outs.

• Maintain apartment inventory and lease records in internal systems.

• Manage Certificates of Insurance and liaise with insurance providers as necessary.

• Act as the primary contact for landlords and property partners concerning lease, rent, and security deposit issues.

• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure timely rent payments and security deposit reconciliations.

• Keep precise lease and financial records.

• Assist with basic accounting tasks and support internal financial controls.

• Maintain and update records in Salesforce and other internal systems.

• Track lease activity, rent adjustments, extensions, and reporting data.

• Ensure data integrity across various platforms.

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Hospitality, Business, or a related discipline.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in property management, lease administration, or lease coordination.

• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.

• Experience working with vendors and negotiating lease-related agreements is an advantage.
