Global Learning Experience Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior leaders, the Head of People, and Talent & Development colleagues as a reliable learning advisor.

• Assess learning requirements and convert them into impactful solutions that align with business objectives.

• Implement a “build once, deliver many” strategy to establish consistent and efficient learning experiences throughout the organization.

• Supervise a small team of learning specialists.

• Spearhead strategic learning programs and initiatives.

• Shape learning strategy and capability enhancement across various global regions and functions.

• Execute learning initiatives that yield measurable business results.

• Travel throughout the UK as necessary, generally one to two days each month, which may include overnight stays.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in learning, talent, or organizational development within a large, multifaceted, or global matrix organization.

• Proven experience in collaborating with senior leaders and influencing at the board level.

• Background in leading strategic programs.

• Strong consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Proven track record in leading teams and managing projects.

• Demonstrated success in delivering learning initiatives that have a measurable impact on business outcomes.

• Commercially aware and data-driven.

• Ability to integrate strategic thinking with practical execution.

• Willingness to travel across the UK as needed, typically one to two days per month, including occasional overnight stays.
