This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Leading and managing the global Hardware Asset Management (HAM) function, encompassing strategy, operational model, and strategic roadmap.

• Overseeing and enhancing ServiceNow HAM Pro capabilities, focusing on configuration, automation, and increased adoption.

• Creating and standardizing comprehensive asset lifecycle processes across international teams and regions.

• Promoting data integrity, governance, and system coherence across HAM Pro, CMDB, and infrastructure environments.

• Providing actionable insights regarding asset lifecycle, utilization, risk management, and cost optimization.

• Engaging and influencing cross-functional stakeholders (Infrastructure, Procurement, Finance, Field Services) to encourage adoption and maintain process discipline.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Asset Management / Hardware Asset Management, with a focus on global operations.

• Over 5 years of experience in people management.

• Demonstrated experience in building or transforming a HAM program (beyond mere maintenance).

• Practical expertise with ServiceNow HAM Pro, including its implementation and optimization.

• Strong knowledge in process and data governance, as well as lifecycle management, with the capacity to drive change and influence adoption.

• Background in global manufacturing or engineering-intensive environments with a variety of asset types (EUC, lab, shop floor, data center).

• Experience connecting HAM with discovery tools, endpoint management, and procurement systems.

• Proficient in analytical and reporting skills (e.g., ServiceNow dashboards, Power BI, Excel).

• Proven track record in driving cost optimization, asset reuse, and lifecycle planning initiatives at scale.

• ServiceNow certifications (HAM Pro, ITSM, or similar) are preferred.
