This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Intake Management: Manage incoming intake calls and execute the complete intake process from the initial call to file setup, ensuring that prospective clients experience a seamless and efficient onboarding process.
• Client Sign-Up: Transform qualified leads into clients by obtaining the required documentation and electronic signatures to enable prompt engagement with the firm.
• Data Entry: Precisely input intake information into CasePeer, guaranteeing that all details are accurately recorded and case files are organized and comprehensive.
• Document Preparation: Create and dispatch Letters of Representation and request police reports using firm templates, facilitating the timely advancement of client matters.
• Case Support: Aid the current case manager by handling overflow casework, contributing to the maintenance of momentum and continuity across active cases.
• Medical Records: Follow up on medical records and collaborate with providers to secure essential documentation needed for case development.
• Client Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication with clients through phone, text, and digital platforms, promoting a positive client experience.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other staff members via Microsoft Teams to guarantee streamlined operations and effective team coordination.
• Experience Required: 2–3 years of experience in a personal injury law firm based in the U.S., with a robust understanding of legal intake and case management workflows.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish, possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills, and able to communicate confidently with clients and team members.
• Technical Skills: Competent with case management software such as CasePeer, VoIP systems, and Microsoft Teams, with the capability to swiftly navigate and utilize technology in a remote setting.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining efficiency and responsiveness.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, especially in data entry and document handling, ensuring accuracy and consistency across case files.
• Remote Work Readiness & Reliability: Ability to work U.S. hours (11:00 AM–7:00 PM EST), with dependable access to necessary technology and proven success in working independently in a remote, structured work environment.
