Global HR Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct audits and systematically resolve critical HR deficiencies, establishing foundational 'roads' for policies and processes across the UK, US, and APAC.

• Spearhead our AI-driven approach to HR, particularly utilizing agentic workflows to automate the employee lifecycle rather than increasing headcount.

• Guarantee 100% legal compliance across various jurisdictions, serving as the senior authority on UK employment law and US-specific regulations.

• Fully implement our HRIS (BambooHR), establishing data standards and real-time dashboards to deliver actionable insights for executives.

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the C-suite on workforce priorities, M&A integration, and benefits harmonization during our global expansion.

• Demonstrated experience in building or transforming a global HR function from the ground up in a scale-up or high-growth consultancy environment.

• You are a hands-on leader who excels in a dynamic 'building site' atmosphere rather than a formal corporate environment.

• Extensive experience with HRIS platforms (ideally BambooHR) and a progressive mindset towards AI integration.

• Outstanding stakeholder management abilities with the capacity to challenge initiatives when legally or operationally required.
