This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Conduct audits and systematically resolve critical HR deficiencies, establishing foundational 'roads' for policies and processes across the UK, US, and APAC.
β’ Spearhead our AI-driven approach to HR, particularly utilizing agentic workflows to automate the employee lifecycle rather than increasing headcount.
β’ Guarantee 100% legal compliance across various jurisdictions, serving as the senior authority on UK employment law and US-specific regulations.
β’ Fully implement our HRIS (BambooHR), establishing data standards and real-time dashboards to deliver actionable insights for executives.
β’ Serve as a strategic advisor to the C-suite on workforce priorities, M&A integration, and benefits harmonization during our global expansion.
β’ Demonstrated experience in building or transforming a global HR function from the ground up in a scale-up or high-growth consultancy environment.
β’ You are a hands-on leader who excels in a dynamic 'building site' atmosphere rather than a formal corporate environment.
β’ Extensive experience with HRIS platforms (ideally BambooHR) and a progressive mindset towards AI integration.
β’ Outstanding stakeholder management abilities with the capacity to challenge initiatives when legally or operationally required.
