This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manages the relationship between HR and the leaders of specific functional areas within the organization.
• Leads change management initiatives and associated internal communications.
• Serves as an HR advisor for critical talent decisions, sharing responsibility for achieving client objectives.
• Collaborates with the subject matter experts from the OneHR global human resources team.
• Oversees intricate HR projects as a subject matter expert.
• Interacts with employees to promote positive results.
• Communicates complex information clearly and effectively.
• Identifies and develops growth plans for key employees and talent rotation.
• Over 5 years of experience collaborating with clients in a global HR role.
• Knowledge of payroll, benefits, DEI, performance management, talent management, and development.
• Experience in Latin America is preferred.
• Bilingual, fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and relevant laws.
• Capacity to effectively handle multiple, competing, high-priority projects.
• Excellent business acumen with the ability to build credibility, trust, and partnerships.
• Innovative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/-SCP certification obtained or in progress; GPHR certification is highly desired.
