This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Accountable for steering the global sales strategy for Medical and advancing the development of medical programs within SGS Medical Devices.
• Directing the Business Development Team in Global Medical and providing indirect leadership to the Sales Team in the Delivering offices (DOs) and Hubs.
• Ensures continuous alignment with business requirements, stimulates business growth, and improves client engagement.
• Connects commercial goals with changing regulatory frameworks while encouraging innovation in service offerings and fostering strategic partnerships.
• Actively manages global sales planning and execution for all medical programs and DOs and Hubs through indirect reporting structures.
• Oversees the Business Development (BD) Team in Global Medical, taking full responsibility for Sales and BD for Medical Devices on a global scale within Business Assurance.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or leadership roles in the medical device TIC sector.
• A minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity within sales, business development, or similar positions.
• Demonstrated success in leading global or regional sales teams.
• Proven track record in managing complex, significant, or key clients within the TIC industry.
• Experience in overseeing intricate, multi-stakeholder projects while balancing commercial goals with regulatory and operational limitations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, engineering, or a related field.
