This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Accountable for spearheading the global sales strategy within the Medical sector and advancing the development of medical schemes at SGS Medical Devices.
• Guide the Business Development Team in Global Medical while indirectly overseeing the Sales Team in the Delivering Offices (DOs) and Hubs.
• Ensure consistent alignment with business objectives, promote business expansion, and enhance client interactions.
• Evaluate markets and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive advantage for SGS in all medical schemes.
• Drive business development initiatives for all medical schemes on a global scale, including emerging markets.
• Create and broaden Medical certification scheme offerings in alignment with client requirements and regulatory updates.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles within the medical device TIC sector.
• A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in sales, business development, or equivalent positions.
• Demonstrated success in leading global or regional sales teams.
• Proven track record in managing complex, large, or key clients within the TIC industry.
• Experience in overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder projects while balancing commercial goals with regulatory and operational requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, engineering, or a related field.
• Multilingual abilities and cross-cultural experience are preferred.
