Global Head of Life Sciences Automation Product Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete go-to-market strategy throughout the product lifecycle, converting product vision into unique messaging, positioning, and value propositions that enhance product brand equity and ensure successful launches and sustained performance.

• Spearhead commercial growth planning for the LSA portfolio, promoting cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Sales, Commercial and Digital Marketing, as well as Strategy & Innovation, to identify and implement automation-focused growth initiatives aligned with business objectives.

• Provide customer-driven commercialization and Launch Excellence, aligning product, sales, marketing, and support, while utilizing market insights, win/loss analysis, funnel performance data, and competitive intelligence to enhance GTM execution, adoption, and sales enablement.

• Establish and manage the product content and enablement ecosystem, collaborating with Commercial and Field Marketing, content, scientific writing, and digital teams to ensure the delivery of accurate, consistent, and impactful content, campaigns, and tools throughout the entire customer journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline; a PhD is preferred.

• Extensive experience in product marketing, scientific communication, or strategic marketing within the life sciences sector, demonstrating a successful track record in people leadership.

• Profound understanding of automation-related workflows in life sciences, encompassing customer challenges in research and laboratory settings.

• Proven capability to convert intricate scientific concepts into engaging narratives and value propositions.

• Significant experience in competitive analysis, content strategy, and cross-functional teamwork.

• Demonstrated success in orchestrating product launches and GTM strategies within a global, matrixed organization.
