Global Head of Business Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the business development strategy, emphasizing Introducing Brokers and strategic collaborations.

• Identify, engage, and cultivate long-term partnerships with high-value IBs across various regions.

• Oversee negotiations, onboarding procedures, and the ongoing management of IB agreements and partnership contracts.

• Track partner performance, set KPIs, and promote continuous enhancements in revenue and engagement.

• Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to provide customized solutions and campaigns for partners.

• Evaluate new market opportunities, analyze competitive landscapes, and suggest expansion strategies.

• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings with key partners and clients.

• Lead, mentor, and nurture a high-performing team of business development and IB management professionals.

• Offer senior management clear updates on pipelines, market trends, and strategic developments.

• Ensure full compliance with relevant regulatory requirements across all operating jurisdictions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Native/Fluent English (C1) proficiency, both written and spoken.

• At least 8 years of experience in business development, IB management, or client relationship roles within financial services, fintech, trading platforms, or brokerage environments.

• Proven success in managing and expanding Introducing Broker networks.

• Demonstrated capability to lead and scale international or multi-location teams.

• Strong comprehension of financial markets and trading products, including FX, CFDs, equities, and derivatives.

• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities, including experience with senior decision-makers.

• Proven track record of achieving measurable growth through partnerships and strategic initiatives.

• Strategic and analytical mindset with robust problem-solving skills.

• Readiness to travel internationally and manage across multiple time zones.

• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus, particularly for European, Asian, or Latin American markets.
