📋 Description

• Develop and implement a **comprehensive global hiring strategy** targeting key regions such as Eastern Europe, MENA, Latin America, and Asia.

• Conduct talent market assessments based on:

• - Trade-offs between cost and quality

• - Availability of FinTech and engineering skills

• - Time-zone compatibility with Saudi operations

• Establish hiring pipelines for **essential positions** including engineering, product, AI, and financial domain specialists.

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, which includes:

• - Defining job scopes and structures

• - Crafting high-quality, conversion-optimized job descriptions

• - Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, various platforms, agencies, and networks

• - Conducting screening and interviews

• - Managing job offers

• Implement and enhance **Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)** and recruitment workflows.

• Create structured evaluation frameworks, including:

• - Scorecards

• - Competency-based interview techniques

• - Technical and domain-focused assessments

• Establish **data-driven hiring processes** that focus on metrics such as time-to-hire, funnel conversion rates, and quality of hire.

• Assess candidates based on:

• - Technical expertise

• - Knowledge of the financial domain

• - Cultural fit and execution capabilities

• Collaborate closely with founders and leaders in product and engineering.

• Convert business requirements into **well-defined hiring plans and role specifications**.

• Provide strategic advice to leadership regarding talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring feasibility.

• Position Sarmad as a **premier destination for top FinTech and AI talent**.

• Develop lasting talent pipelines and relationships on a global scale.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including:

• - Significant expertise in **technology recruitment**

• - Familiarity with **financial services / FinTech positions**

• - Demonstrated ability to hire across **various countries/regions**

**🧩 Skills**

• - In-depth knowledge of:

• - Global talent markets regarding cost, availability, and quality

• - Roles in engineering and product development

• - Financial services roles, preferably in investment, lending, or insurance

• - Strong proficiency in:

• - ATS systems and recruitment technologies

• - Structured hiring processes and candidate assessment techniques

• - Crafting engaging job descriptions
