📋 Description

• Formulate a detailed strategy for in-person events and trade shows, encompassing audience targeting, timelines and deadlines, goal establishment, budget considerations, content creation, promotion, engagement strategies, demand generation, and comprehensive post-event follow-up to enhance lead generation, brand visibility, and thought leadership positioning.

• Implement planned events either in-person or virtually, acting as the primary contact and taking ownership of all facets of our onsite presence, logistics, and overall event success.

• Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently, utilizing monday.com to adhere to deadlines and solicit collaborations from team members.

• Administer the use and promotion of the pre-event contact list.

• After events, oversee lead processing, nurturing, and follow-up in collaboration with BDRs to facilitate meeting and opportunity generation.

• Manage the overall budget and event calendar for the fiscal year, ensuring resource utilization is both cost-effective and optimal.

• Develop and refine best practices and repeatable processes to enhance efficiency and scale event initiatives.

• Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, digital marketing, marketing operations, partner marketing, and demand generation on event-related messaging, activations, branding, demonstrations, and speakers.

• Align field marketing initiatives with broader objectives and revenue goals.

• Collaborate closely with the alliances and partner marketing teams to cultivate strong co-marketing partnerships, jointly plan mutually beneficial events, and execute these collaborative programs.

• Work alongside regional and territory sales leaders to comprehend market demands and devise field marketing strategies to address those needs.

• Relay post-event follow-up strategies to sales and provide updates on progress towards goals.

• Actively contribute to the global field marketing team and the wider Marketing organization by sharing key insights, best practices, and developing shared processes and content.

• Leverage data to evaluate overall event program contributions, guide decision-making, make recommendations for future events, and collaborate with leaders to enhance reporting methods continuously.

• Forecast, budget, diligently measure, analyze, refine, and communicate the impact of field programs in relation to our overall GTM pipeline and performance objectives. Utilize technology tools to aid in data analysis and reporting.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant Field Marketing experience in B2B Field Marketing within a technology or SaaS environment.

• Proven experience in planning and executing innovative, impactful field marketing events and trade show-related activities.

• Quick-thinking, composed under pressure, and capable of taking ownership of tasks.

• Data-driven with a focus on monitoring, measuring, and analyzing event performance and ROI.

• A fast learner who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced setting while managing multiple responsibilities.

• Strong capability and eagerness to build close, trusting relationships with sales leaders and AEs.

• Exceptional time management abilities with the capacity to plan for and juggle multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, maintaining a professional demeanor.

• Willingness to travel 15%-20% of the time.
