Global Enterprise Asset & Maintenance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop the comprehensive maintenance management index for the entire fleet from the ground up.

• Establish the CMMS and work management framework that transforms this index into scheduled tasks.

• Spearhead the adoption of EAM as a change initiative across a multi-site fleet.

• Create maintenance standards that new sites will adopt from day one.

• Integrate maintenance data into the operational cadence.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have successfully led the adoption of EAM or CMMS programs across a large fleet (such as hyperscalers, utilities, or industrial portfolios).

• You have designed or revamped a maintenance program for critical infrastructure.

• You have established asset taxonomy and data standards that enable fleet-wide comparisons of maintenance performance from site to site.

• You have formulated PM strategies based on equipment criticality and failure modes.

• You have ensured accountability among vendors and colocation providers regarding maintenance scope through evidence and audit results.

• You are adept at converting maintenance data into actionable decisions, identifying backlog trends and recurrence patterns.
