This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more countries.
• Develop and implement the global ID&V sales strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and hold accountable internationally distributed ID&V sales, account management, and business development teams.
• Oversee the global ID&V pipeline and sales rhythm, which includes prospecting, qualification, account planning, forecasting, opportunity strategy, and conversion.
• Identify emerging markets, adjacent segments, and new use cases for Crane Authentication’s ID&V offerings.
• Define customer requirements, partner solution designs, and market specifications.
• Facilitate executive-level commercial engagement for strategic opportunities, which encompasses partner alignment, bid positioning, value proposition development, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation support.
• Create structured global account plans for strategic customers and partners.
• Cultivate senior relationships with strategic customers, partners, system integrators, secure document providers, technology partners, government contractors, and ecosystem influencers.
• Develop and scale new market entry strategies, including direct sales, partner-led opportunities, component-supplier models, consortium participation, and co-selling arrangements.
• Maintain executive visibility regarding business performance, customer satisfaction, margin health, contract risk, and growth opportunities.
• Lead global sales reviews, pipeline governance, account evaluations, business development reporting, and performance updates for senior leadership.
• Represent Crane Authentication at senior industry forums, partner meetings, government identity conferences, and secure document ecosystem events.
• Offer market, customer, and partner insights to shape the ID&V product roadmap, value proposition, investment priorities, and go-to-market strategy.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Commercial, and Operations leaders to ensure ID&V solutions are competitive, scalable, commercially appealing, and aligned with customer and market needs.
• Oversee value-selling narratives and commercial positioning for ID&V products.
• Track competitor activities, market trends, regulatory changes, tender activities, and partner movements.
• Define key customer segments, geographies, and routes to market.
• Translate insights from customers, partners, and the market into actionable recommendations for product enhancement, pricing, commercial models, sales enablement, and solution packaging.
• Lead commercial launch readiness for new ID&V functionalities.
• Extensive global leadership experience in sales, account management, and business development within the identity and verification (ID&V) sector.
• Proven track record of driving profitable growth, enhancing strategic customer and partner relationships, acquiring new business, and identifying emerging market opportunities.
• Experience in leading globally dispersed sales, account management, and business development teams.
• Proficient in sales strategy, revenue growth, market expansion, new business acquisition, and strategic account development.
• Expertise in managing global sales pipelines, forecasting, account planning, opportunity qualification, and conversion.
• In-depth knowledge of passport, identity document, secure credential, and security verification feature markets.
• Familiarity with customers, partners, integrators, secure document providers, technology partners, government contractors, and identity ecosystem influencers.
• Experience in direct sales, partner-led opportunities, component-supplier models, consortium participation, and co-selling arrangements.
• Competence in executive-level commercial engagement, negotiation support, bid positioning, and value proposition development.
