Global Data Manager – FSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Provides support, oversight, and accountability for data management in one or more clinical trials.

• Takes the initiative to collaborate with trial customers and various internal and external partners to establish, align, and confirm expectations for data management.

• Responsible for creating, planning, and monitoring the content, format, quality, and timing of data management deliverables.

• Collects content and integration requirements for electronic Case Report Forms (eCRF) and other data collection tools.

• Establishes conventions and quality standards for clinical data.

• Sets timelines and conducts follow-ups to ensure the timely delivery of all Data Management milestones.

• Performs oversight controls at the trial level.

• Develops clinical data management documents, ensuring they meet quality, scientific content, organization, clarity, accuracy, format, and consistency standards.

• Ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines and the documentation matrix.

• Maintains real-time inspection readiness for all Data Management deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• BS/BA degree or higher, preferably in Health Sciences, or a BS/BA degree or higher with relevant professional clinical experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Management.

• At least 3 years of experience in a lead or co-lead role.

• Experience in Vendor Management.

• Familiarity with RAVE software.
