Global Contract Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee contractual agreements, ensuring adherence to compliance standards, while contributing to the progress of innovative treatments and therapies.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to review, draft, and negotiate contracts related to clinical research projects, ensuring they align with regulatory standards and company policies.

• Perform comprehensive analyses of contract terms, conditions, and obligations to identify potential risks, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.

• Offer guidance and support to project teams regarding contract interpretation, compliance matters, and contractual rights and obligations.

• Maintain well-organized and accurate contract records, tracking significant milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.

• Assist in developing and implementing contract management processes, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related field.

• Prior experience in contract administration, negotiation, or similar roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research sectors.

• Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory standards, and industry regulations.

• Global experience is essential.

• Exceptional analytical abilities, with a capacity to interpret complex contractual provisions and recognize potential issues or opportunities.

• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 5%).
