This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement the procurement strategy for Metal Fabrication, Electromechanical, Power Electrical, and Instruments.
• Attain exceptional outcomes in quality, delivery, cost, and working capital management.
• Identify, integrate, and oversee preferred suppliers for Metal Fabrication, Electromechanical, Power Electrical, and Instruments.
• Establish and execute “best-in-class” supply chain processes and protocols.
• Hold dotted line responsibility for coordinating activities among various commodities and procurement professionals.
• Ensure the utilization of Ralliant preferred supplier contracts to optimize QDC-results and adhere to relevant policies.
• Facilitate workshops and kaizens, and provide training to acquisition associates on Qualitrol/Ralliant sourcing tools and methodologies.
• Offer coaching, mentoring, and support to members of the supply chain team.
• Engage in teams led by corporate commodity leaders, as needed.
• Education - a bachelor’s degree is preferred or over 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in manufacturing, engineering, sourcing, supply chain, or procurement roles.
• Functional Training - evidence of ongoing education in sourcing and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in procurement software and other relevant computer applications.
• Capability to work effectively in a dynamic, global, and multi-cultural environment.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and manage change effectively.
