This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Leading and coordinating various project activities.

• Ensuring timely project delivery while adhering to budget constraints and maintaining the highest quality standards.

• Developing and overseeing comprehensive project plans.

• Directing cross-functional teams involved in the project.

• Monitoring the progress of projects, proactively identifying potential risks and issues.

• Engaging with stakeholders to effectively manage their expectations.

• Preparing and delivering project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Extensive experience in project management and leading teams.

• A proven history of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in utilizing project management tools and methodologies.

• Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 30%).
