This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Leading and coordinating various project activities.
β’ Ensuring timely project delivery while adhering to budget constraints and maintaining the highest quality standards.
β’ Developing and overseeing comprehensive project plans.
β’ Directing cross-functional teams involved in the project.
β’ Monitoring the progress of projects, proactively identifying potential risks and issues.
β’ Engaging with stakeholders to effectively manage their expectations.
β’ Preparing and delivering project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related discipline is preferred.
β’ Extensive experience in project management and leading teams.
β’ A proven history of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
β’ Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
β’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Proficiency in utilizing project management tools and methodologies.
β’ Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
β’ Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 30%).
