This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Configuring hotels on Bookassist’s platforms and providing training to hotel staff on the use of these systems.
• Responding to general support inquiries from our hotel clients via phone and email.
• Offering assistance to hotels utilizing the Bookassist Booking Platform, CMS, GDS, and other tools.
• Conducting research and analysis within internal data systems to aid in problem resolution.
• Diagnosing technical and operational issues, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
• Utilizing CRM and ticketing software to manage support cases, feature requests, and documentation.
• Setting up new promotions, packages, and miscellaneous tasks in the Bookassist reservation system and CMS.
• Collaborating with sales and account management teams to ensure optimal technical setups are implemented for clients.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Spanish, and Italian.
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant hotel-based or customer-facing role (e.g., reception, revenue, reservations, e-commerce, or marketing department at a hotel).
• Relevant third-level degree.
• Excellent computer skills.
