This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Azul Channel Team on a daily basis in collaboration with the VP of Global Channel Sales.
• Take ownership of the Channel Partner Program.
• Oversee partner rebates, referral fees, and Market Development Funds programs, including tracking and processing payments.
• Coordinate Azul resources to enhance partner engagement.
• Manage the Partner Relationship Management platform, partner portal, and vendor relationships.
• Administer partner data in Salesforce.com, which includes deal registration processes and channel reporting/dashboards.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on partner sales and ecosystem performance.
• Oversee partner onboarding and compliance processes.
• Develop and maintain partner training materials and manage certification data as well as compliance reporting.
• Administer the partner-facing content platform, which includes deal registration guides, price books, program terms, and communications.
• Manage partner contracts with an e-signature/contract lifecycle tool.
• Handle the partner support ticketing queue, ensuring triage and resolution of partner issues.
• Assist with Alliance/Marketplace operations, such as maintaining AWS and GCP listings and facilitating cross-team syncs.
• Collaborate with Channel Sales leadership, Finance, Marketing, and Legal to enhance the Partner Program, ensure compliance, and design incentive/rebate programs.
• A minimum of 5 years in Sales Operations, Channel Operations, or Channel Management.
• Proven experience supporting multiple organizational levels and partner/distribution channels.
• Background in managing partner programs.
• Experience administering a PRM/partner portal platform (e.g., Impartner), Salesforce.com, and a contract/e-signature tool (e.g., DocuSign).
• Familiarity with partner enablement or sales content platforms (e.g., Highspot).
• Ideally, experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Qlik) and commission/incentive platforms (e.g., CaptivateIQ).
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-focused.
• Self-motivated individual capable of leading channel initiatives and collaborating effectively in a team setting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while exercising sound judgment in resolving complex issues.
• Capability to coordinate cross-department resources to implement intricate sales strategies and stimulate partner growth.
