This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Acquire extensive experience across MAHLE Thermal & Fluid Systems Quality during the 18-month Global Career Starter Program, emphasizing long-term growth in Supplier Quality Assurance.
• Participate in specific quality initiatives and collaborate closely with the global Supplier Quality Assurance team.
• Assist in managing relationships with Preventive Quality, Customer Quality, and Purchasing through learning assignments and cross-functional teamwork.
• Evaluate SQA processes and supporting tools within the defined project scope.
• Improve process visibility and identify as well as implement digitalization initiatives.
• Analyze digitalization opportunities, supplier quality measures, associated efforts and costs, and prospects for digital solutions.
• Aid in the implementation of a digital global Tool Refurbishment tracker/database for BU2.
• Coordinate interactions among BU SQA, Corporate SQA, and Purchasing.
• Define requirements and systems with process owners.
• Support a limited implementation or pilot project and contribute to a controlled global rollout strategy, subject to process-owner and IT approvals.
• Strengthen Supply Risk Management within Supplier Quality by identifying risks, optimizing processes, and collaborating with Purchasing, Logistics, and Risk Management.
• Present results and deliver maintainable project outputs to designated process owners.
• Engage in international projects and, depending on program planning, undertake one international assignment.
• Completed or expected completion by April 2027 of a Master’s degree with above-average results, ideally in a technical or engineering field.
• Interest in quality, supplier development, manufacturing processes, and international teamwork.
• Proficient in English.
• Capability to articulate technical topics clearly to international stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude and a hands-on approach.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Digital mindset with a positive approach to change.
• Ability to organize technical issues, differentiate facts from assumptions, critically evaluate data sources and completeness, explain analyses, identify root-cause questions, and convert findings into actionable steps.
• A minimum of three months of international experience.
