This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Assist in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, which includes activities related to data preparation, migration, testing (UAT/BRT), and hyper care.
• Participate in Master Data Governance (MDG) initiatives, covering system enhancements, MDG retrofitting activities, testing, and user training.
• Aid in data migration and system integration tasks, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data across multiple systems.
• Create and uphold vendor and customer master data in accordance with global standards, governance policies, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Serve as a subject matter expert on master data issues and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to address challenges.
• Ensure data quality through regular audits, data quality management (DQM) analysis, data cleansing, and deduplication efforts.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and training materials to support standardized operations.
• Collect business requirements, execute test cases, and assist in system enhancements and the introduction of new functionalities.
• Offer training and support to end users to promote effective adoption of tools and processes.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve data quality and process challenges, fostering continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated experience in a master data management role, with a focus on vendor and customer master data.
• Practical experience with SAP ERP systems is essential; familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a must.
• Experience with Ariba/ Vertex is advantageous.
• Background in Business Partner (BP) transformation within S/4HANA, including the migration of legacy customer/vendor records (ECC), BP role configuration, and integration with procurement and finance modules.
• Experience with processing mass creations and updates, preferably using SAP GUI scripting, is a plus.
• Keen attention to detail and a proven history of delivering high-quality, accurate data.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and enhance processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
• Capability to thrive in ambiguous environments and provide structure to complex problems.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven capacity to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong customer service focus and skills in stakeholder engagement.
