β’ Oversee the strategy, management, communication, and ongoing enhancement of HackerOne's global benefits programs across all locations, ensuring a uniform and competitive employee experience.
β’ Exhibit an AI First approach by pinpointing opportunities to automate benefits administration, enhance employee self-service, and utilize AI-powered tools to boost operational efficiency and enrich the employee experience.
β’ Demonstrate Change Agility by steering benefits programs through organizational growth, regulatory shifts, mergers, and global expansion, ensuring employees are consistently informed and supported.
β’ Implement Data-Driven Decision Making by evaluating utilization, employee feedback, market comparisons, and cost trends to propose enhancements to program design, vendor performance, and employee engagement.
β’ Direct global benefits renewals, annual enrollment, wellness initiatives, and vendor governance while collaborating with brokers to negotiate competitive and scalable programs.
β’ Act as the primary liaison for employee leaves of absence globally, covering disability, parental leave, FMLA, and regional statutory leave programs in collaboration with third-party administrators.
β’ Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Finance, HRIS, and People Operations to ensure adherence to federal, state, and international regulations while maintaining precise benefit configurations within Workday.
β’ Utilize First Principles Problem Solving to streamline benefits processes, enhance operational effectiveness, and craft scalable solutions that cater to HackerOne's expanding global workforce.
β’ A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in administering and refining employee benefits programs within a dynamic global organization.
β’ Proven experience in managing benefits programs across various countries and collaborating with international brokers and vendors.
β’ Extensive knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA) along with familiarity with international benefits compliance.
β’ Experience in leading employee leave programs including disability, parental, and statutory leave administration.
β’ Proficient in managing vendor relationships, renewals, performance assessments, and contract negotiations.
β’ Strong analytical capabilities with a track record of using benefits data to drive program enhancements and influence decision-making.
β’ Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Payroll, Finance, HRIS, Legal, and People teams.
β’ Familiarity with administering Workday Benefits and supporting benefits audits and regulatory reporting.
