Global Analytics, Associate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Accountable for contributing to the development of study strategies and collaborating with various IQVIA teams involved.

• Execute, oversee, and coordinate activities for designated opportunities and projects.

• Conduct data mining and analysis, generate recommendations, and present findings to both internal and potentially external stakeholders.

• Responsible for ensuring that IQVIA planning services deliver a competitive advantage in securing new business.

• With supervision and guidance, provide recommendations for IQVIA's future study commitments by delivering accurate and reliable country, site, or enrollment strategies.

• Assist in developing materials related to feasibility, site lists, or enrollment strategies for customer bid defense meetings or internal stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively with key stakeholders and IQVIA project teams to address and resolve issues.

• Prepare for planning meetings by researching therapeutic areas.

• Participate in planning meetings with internal stakeholders and present the outcomes of data gathering and analysis efforts.

• Engage in therapeutic training as required and stay informed about advancements in clinical research.

• Demonstrate proficiency with planning tools and a solid understanding of system features and functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or Biological Science (degrees in Biological Engineering, Bioengineering, or Biotechnology Engineering are highly valued).

• A PhD is also highly regarded.

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in clinical research, particularly in programming or data management roles, with a strong understanding of clinical research and patient data.

• Proficiency in programming with Python and SQL is highly appreciated for semi-senior roles.

• Advanced English language skills are essential, as you will be collaborating with global teams.
