Global Account Manager, Developer Relations

📋 Description

• Take charge of the technical strategy for enhancing the integration of NVIDIA's libraries, models, and frameworks within Amazon.

• Collaborate with product teams from both NVIDIA and Amazon to facilitate integration into Amazon’s platforms.

• Promote the adoption of NVIDIA software libraries, open models, and frameworks across business, product, and engineering divisions.

• Align product and engineering integration priorities with NVIDIA's account and technical teams.

• Demonstrate and integrate NVIDIA software stacks, which include libraries, models, SDKs, NIMs, and blueprints, into partner products, platforms, and pipelines.

• Connect NVIDIA's DevTech, solutions architecture, Developer Relations, and Product Engineering teams to enhance Amazon integration and collaborative development.

• Engage with technical leaders to steer integrations and address technical challenges.

• Monitor adoption rates, identify new workflows, and communicate field insights to product teams through regular meetings.

• Foster relationships with executive and technical collaborators, ranging from C-suite sponsors to production software developers.

• Champion NVIDIA software among technical leaders, architects, and developer communities.

• Detect integration opportunities within agentic workflows, data processing, and model optimization.

• Represent partner requirements within NVIDIA and influence product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market initiatives.

• Lead and guide cross-functional teams as NVIDIA's primary contact, encompassing product management, engineering, solutions architecture, marketing, and ecosystem teams.

• Collaborate with GTM, marketing, and co-sell teams to develop partnerships, achieve joint successes, and showcase accomplishments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 12 years of professional experience in the technology sector.

• Experience in developer relations, product management, technical partnerships, business development, or solutions architecture.

• More than 3 years of hands-on experience applying accelerated computing to production workloads.

• Familiarity with inference serving and optimization, AI/ML/agentic software development, recommender systems and ads ranking, data processing, vector search, and/or robotics simulation.

• Thorough understanding of hyperscaler platform ecosystems, including first-party services, PaaS offerings, data processing platforms, inference platforms, agentic workflows/frameworks, and model catalogs/gardens.

• Proven capacity to structure and execute complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate across sales, legal, product, and marketing teams.

• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts and value propositions to a range of audiences from developers to C-suite executives.

• Comprehensive experience in defining, integrating, building, and bringing solutions to market with strategic customers and/or ISV partners.

• Experience in influencing partner product roadmaps.

• Practical experience with NVIDIA software libraries, frameworks, and models is advantageous.

• Familiarity with JAX and XLA training stacks at scale is a plus.

• An MBA, MS, or PhD in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field is desirable.

• Experience working at or in proximity to Amazon is a benefit.
