GIS Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Analyze LiDAR point clouds and aerial imagery.

• Identify and verify infrastructure objects.

• Conduct measurements and data validation.

• Work with GIS data, project databases, and engineering templates.

• Ensure data quality in accordance with established QA/QC procedures.

• Report any identified issues and discrepancies in data during processing.

• Collaborate with project managers and quality control engineers to ensure timely task completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education or experience in GIS, cartography, cadastral studies, or related fields, or practical experience with GIS.

• Strong spatial reasoning and analytical skills.

• High attention to detail.

• Ability to work with technical documentation and adhere to project instructions and requirements.

• Basic written English proficiency for processing instructions.

• **Nice to Have**

• Experience with projects in the fields of utilities, telecommunications, or electrical infrastructure.

• Experience working with LiDAR data.

• Proficiency in GIS or point cloud software (QGIS, Global Mapper, MicroStation, TerraScan, Spatix, etc.).
