This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee customer implementation projects from initiation through to go-live and subsequent support.
β’ Conduct workshops with customers to gather insights on business requirements, technical specifications, data flows, system environments, testing criteria, and go-live benchmarks.
β’ Assist customers in making implementation choices, outlining project next steps, identifying risks, dependencies, and action items.
β’ Set up Geonexus software in accordance with approved customer specifications and implementation strategies.
β’ Facilitate integrations between Esri ArcGIS and enterprise systems such as Maximo, SAP, Oracle Utilities, HxGN, CIS, OMS, ADMS, and other related operational platforms.
β’ Collaborate with customer GIS, IT, and business teams to confirm data mappings, synchronization policies, permissions, operational readiness, and testing plans.
β’ Assist customers during testing phases, resolve issues, conduct administrator and user training, and support go-live and adoption initiatives.
β’ Coordinate activities among customers, internal team members, partners, Product Management, Engineering, and Support teams.
β’ Offer guidance to Platform Enablement Specialists involved in implementation tasks.
β’ Record requirements, decisions, configuration specifics, issue logs, meeting minutes, risks, and lessons learned.
β’ Recognize recurring issues or implementation trends that can enhance our playbooks, documentation, training programs, and overall customer experience.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, GIS, system integration, technical enablement, technical support, or a similar customer-facing technology role.
β’ Proven experience in facilitating customer workshops, discovery sessions, implementation meetings, or technical workstreams.
β’ Demonstrated ability to guide customers through the entire implementation lifecycle, from discovery and configuration to testing, training, and go-live.
β’ Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, geodatabases, feature services, web services, or related GIS concepts.
β’ Knowledge of system integration principles including data mapping, synchronization logic, relational databases, APIs, authentication, permissions, and environmental connectivity.
β’ Practical experience with SQL, including the capability to write and troubleshoot queries.
β’ Proficient in diagnosing common configuration, connectivity, permission, authentication, data, and performance challenges.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Strong organizational skills and the capacity to handle multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
β’ Competent in documenting requirements, decisions, issues, resolutions, and implementation progress clearly.
β’ A customer-oriented mindset with robust problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
