GHL Growth Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct audits and reconstruct GoHighLevel with specialized pipelines based on service lines and a comprehensive 10-stage patient journey.

• Create tailored landing pages and forms for each campaign utilizing tools like Lovable.

• Manage and enhance Meta Ads and Google Ads for healthcare and wellness promotions.

• Develop and automate email/SMS nurturing workflows aimed at lead response, no-show recovery, reactivation, and patient retention.

• Organize podcast and organic social media content, extracting clips for advertising creatives and an Instagram-centric acquisition strategy.

• Monitor attribution, cost per lead (CPL), contact rates, booking rates, show rates, and conversions; provide recommendations for ad-spend distribution.

• Ensure that ad claims and landing pages adhere to LegitScript guidelines and medical/legal regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with the internal team.

• Availability to start immediately.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven expertise in GoHighLevel architecture, pipeline segmentation, automation, and workflow management is essential.

• Experience in executing performance marketing campaigns utilizing Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Familiarity with conversion tracking and compliance-sensitive advertising in the healthcare sector.

• Background in creating landing pages, CRM segmentation, and email/SMS automation within healthcare or wellness marketing frameworks.

• Capability to design sub-segmented pipelines, develop automations, and complete a live funnel-building simulation from inception.

• Strong foundation in performance marketing and analytics.

• Knowledge of full-funnel economics, including CPL, contact rates, booking rates, and show rates.

• Ability to connect leads to actual revenue generated.

• Experience in extracting short- and long-form podcast clips for advertising purposes.

• Ability to meet a premium brand’s creative standards.

• Proactive self-starter capable of auditing dysfunctional systems, suggesting technical solutions, and executing tasks independently.

• USB headset with noise-cancellation features.

• Functional webcam.

• Computer equipped with a minimum 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4 GB of RAM.

• Primary internet connection of no less than 25 Mbps cable speed.

• Backup internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.

• Availability for work during US hours.
