This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Take ownership of the complete program strategy, planning, and execution for one or more intricate GFCO compliance program areas.

• Create and drive program charters, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.

• Lead cross-functional delivery across more than 5 XFN teams.

• Convert regulatory obligations, operational gaps, and model performance signals into actionable plans.

• Manage launch readiness for new products, jurisdictions, and entity expansions.

• Proactively identify and mitigate program risks.

• Drive cost-saving projections that have been vetted by WFM across automation initiatives.

• Oversee the intake discipline for your program area.

• Write and maintain high-quality strategy and decision-making documents.

• Manage the feedback loop among automation outputs, QC findings, alert productivity data, and investigator feedback.

• Lead responses equivalent to Code Yellow within GFCO.

• A minimum of 8 years of program or project management experience.

• At least 3 years in financial crimes compliance, AML, BSA/AML operations, or a similar regulatory field.

• Proven ability to independently manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs in a regulated setting.

• Comprehensive understanding of AML/CFT program operations, including SAM/TMS, EDD, Screening, and SAR filing workflows.

• Strong skills in strategy development and storytelling.

• A history of promoting operational efficiency and cost savings through automation initiatives.

• Proficiency in program management tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and data tools (Looker, Snowflake, Google Sheets).

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• A Bachelor's degree is required; preferred fields of study include Business, Technology, Operations, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.
