This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Engage with customers via phone to renew their mobile devices with enhanced benefits.

• Provide additional lines and mobile protection insurance.

• Participate in training sessions.

• Work Monday to Saturday based on a full-time or semi-full-time schedule.

• Assist customers by applying customer orientation, effective communication, and negotiation skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience in sales.

• Completed secondary education.

• Must have a PC or laptop.

• Wired internet connection required.

• Operating system must be Windows 10 or 11.

• Core i3 processor, 5th generation.

• 8GB RAM memory.

• Internet speed of 50 Mbps.

• USB-compatible headphones.

• Camera must be on during training (mandatory).

• Ability to provide advice.

• Customer service skills.

• Client engagement abilities.

• Talent attraction skills.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams.

• Professional experience: Less than 1 year.
