This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Management of an automobile or DAB claims portfolio

• Oversight of a portfolio of material recoveries

• Reception of email declarations and customer calls

• Assistance in the handling of the case until its closure

• Involvement in the establishment and sustainability of partnerships

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in the legal field and/or insurance

• Proven experience in claims management of at least one to two years

• Strong analytical and synthesis skills

• Customer satisfaction as a priority, with listening and empathy skills

• Attention to detail and methodical approach

• Enjoy working independently while maintaining a team spirit
