This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional support to German-speaking travelers concerning booking inquiries, modifications, and itinerary management.

• Address travel-related questions through phone, email, and live chat channels.

• Work in conjunction with global travel partners to resolve booking issues and deliver immediate solutions for international clients.

• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge in the dynamic travel industry.

• Manage travel refunds, cancellations, and rebooking requests efficiently.

• Represent the brand with professionalism and strive for high customer satisfaction scores.

• Contribute to team objectives by meeting performance KPIs related to quality service and swift ticket resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in German (both spoken and written) is crucial for this position.

• Prior experience in the travel industry or customer service is strongly preferred.

• Strong communication skills along with a keen interest in global travel.

• Ability to navigate digital booking platforms and CRM software comfortably.

• Possession of a valid EU passport or the right to work in Bulgaria.
