German-Speaking Doctor – Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Evaluate patient consultations, analyze medical histories and clinical images, and diagnose, prescribe, and manage treatment plans for patients in Germany.

• Receive extensive training to achieve a high level of clinical proficiency, allowing you to diagnose and manage prevalent skin conditions such as acne, melasma, hyperpigmentation, and skin aging issues.

• Upon completion of training, you will operate independently within established clinical pathways, making your own prescribing decisions and referring complex cases as necessary.

• Serve as a point of escalation for complex or atypical dermatological cases, ensuring we deliver optimal care while collaborating closely with our Customer Support Team.

• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of our consultation model, clinical pathways, and digital workflows within a dynamic startup setting.

• Maintain a strong emphasis on clinical quality, patient safety, and prescribing governance.

• Collaborate closely with our in-house medical leadership and the broader clinical team, continually enhancing your clinical knowledge through regular CPD sessions with our dermatologists.

• Oversee and uphold prescribing safety and quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Registered Medical Doctor in the Operational Register of Healthcare Professionals managed by the National Directorate General for Hospitals (Országos Kórházi Főigazgatóság, OKFŐ).

• Possess a valid medical stamp/registration number issued through the Hungarian system (via the National Health Insurance Fund — NEAK).

• Hold a valid EU medical license and be authorized to treat patients in Germany (e.g., German Approbation or recognized EU qualification permitting cross-border care).

• Reside in Hungary, with the legal right to work there.

• Proficient in German (B2 General and C1 Medical German).

• Fluent in English for internal communications.

• Committed to providing an outstanding patient experience.

• Comfortable working independently and making clinical decisions autonomously; detail-oriented, considerate, and confident in managing patients digitally.

• Experience in dermatology is a plus but not mandatory.
