📋 Description

• Oversee and regulate social media content to ensure adherence to community standards and safety policies.

• Evaluate intricate reports of policy infringements and take prompt action to alleviate risks on the platform.

• Work collaboratively with global cross-functional teams to enhance safety guidelines and internal social media procedures.

• Conduct investigations on flagged content, including sensitive media, with meticulous attention to detail and sound judgment.

• Deliver exceptional support to users by resolving trust and safety concerns through communication in German.

• Preserve platform integrity by identifying emerging trends and potential threats within the social media landscape.

• Employ advanced internal tools to effectively monitor and report safety incidents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in German (both spoken and written) is essential for this position.

• A valid EU passport is required.

• Demonstrated capability to thrive in a dynamic social media environment with high analytical standards.

• Strong command of English to ensure effective communication within an international team.

• A resilient attitude and the capacity to manage sensitive content with maturity and discretion.

• Experience or a strong interest in content moderation, risk management, or digital safety is preferred.
