📋 Description

• Oversee and manage user-generated social media content in Norwegian to ensure adherence to community guidelines.

• Evaluate flagged content for possible violations of policies, including misinformation, hate speech, or harmful visuals.

• Promptly address urgent user reports within the social media environment.

• Partner with global internal teams to enhance trust and safety policies and increase moderation precision.

• Record trends and patterns in social media usage to aid the enhancement of automated safety tools.

• Guarantee that platform interactions are in line with the mission of promoting a respectful and secure digital community.

• Keep abreast of local and international digital safety regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent in Norwegian (both spoken and written).

• Possess a valid EU passport (mandatory).

• Strong command of English to collaborate effectively within the international office.

• Attentive to detail with a strong dedication to upholding online safety standards.

• Prior experience in social media moderation, customer support, or trust and safety is highly desirable.

• Resilience and emotional maturity to professionally manage sensitive digital content.
