This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer and technical support, which includes troubleshooting and assistance with installation/deployment for engineers.

• Address inquiries promptly by adhering to support procedures and escalating more complex issues to Level 2 when necessary.

• Ensure data privacy and security compliance while working collaboratively with customers, engineers, and internal teams.

• Excellent communication skills in **English (B2) and German (C1)**.

• A customer-oriented approach combined with strong problem-solving abilities.
