• Provide outstanding, professional assistance to travelers and partners in the travel industry.

• Address intricate booking queries, cancellations, and modifications through phone, email, and chat.

• Uphold high standards of quality to ensure customer satisfaction in a dynamic travel environment.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for Booking.com, embodying the premium service standards anticipated in the travel sector.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance travel service procedures.

• Handle travel-related escalations with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on solutions.

• Remain informed about travel regulations and policies to deliver accurate, real-time information to guests.

• Native or fluent proficiency in German (both spoken and written) is essential for this position.

• Professional level of English to navigate internal systems and training materials.

• A valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece is required.

• Demonstrated passion for the travel industry and a commitment to customer service excellence.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to excel in a remote work setting.
